The Implosion of Aggie Winchester

 The theme of the story is sometimes its hard to find the real you.Implosion means inward collapse.For example, how Aggie had a " collapse inside her.I know this because Aggie was pretending to be tuff and goth because she didn't want to be picked on anymore.She was getting picked on because shes the principal's daughter and no one wanted to be her friend.If I was in her shoes I would fell the same as her scared and maybe thinking that i would need to be someone else to fit in and not be picked on.Aggie even said her self she didn't who she was anymore,but when her best friend got pregnant everything changed.They began going there separate ways.This affected her because she needed Sylvia for protection.Aggie began to worry.I think she thought she needed Sylvia to like her.I didn't think she needed her at all she just needed to be the true her and if Sylvia didn't like her for that then she wasn't a true friend.
        Another thing that affected her was her ex boyfriend.This because he was telling her that she loved her but he was just using her.He was putting more pressure then she already has.He was telling her that he loves her and he wants to get back together but he just wanted to have sex with her.Aggie doesn't deserve him.She should go with Fitz because he actually likes her and wants to spend time with her.Unlike her ex Fitz does want to be seen with her he doesn't care how she looks like he actually loves her.He wont leave her like her ex left her when he got all popular.He's a REAL man Aggie should go out with him.
          I think that hiding under a mask trying to be someone else isn't something good just to be safe,you should always face your fears even tho they bring up bad memories.The last thing that affected her the most was Prom.Prom was something that at first she never liked but at the end she was involved with a very bad conflict.People were saying that aggie's mom burned the ballots for prom.Everyone was sure Sylvia was going to win but she didn't.So after that the conflict turned into a  scandal of the century and everyone was protesting and saying that Sylvia should have won.No one talked to her not even Sylvia all the bad memories were getting back to her.At the end, She faced them with her new bff Jess who supported her.
